Upcoming events for St. Alexander Parish

May Crowning: May 12, after the 11am Mass Weather permitting, the procession will leave from Church to our our outdoor statue of Mary on Cornell, where she will be crowned by our 2013 Woman Of the Year, Mary Tomaso.
Corpus Christi Procession: Sunday, June 2, after the 11am Mass The procession, with the monstrance holding the Eucharist under its special canopy, will leave church and proceed around the block to the Eternal Father Chapel, with several stops for prayers along the way.

Sacraments & Spiritual Life

BAPTISM 2^nd and 4^th Sundays of the month at 12:30pm. Parents must attend a pre-Baptismal class. Pre-registration is necessary prior to class. Please call the Parish Office (630- 833-7730) to register for the class and Baptism, and to a schedule and registration form.

RECONCILIATION (Penance/Confession) is available each Saturday at 4pm. In addition, communal Penance services are offered in the seasons of Advent and Lent; times and dates are listed in the weekly parish Bulletin; Bulletins are uploaded to the website weekly, and parishioners can also subscribe to an e-service which will deliver them weekly to their e-mail Inbox.

FIRST COMMUNION for children is provided through St. Alexander School (630-834-3783) and the Relgious Education office (630-833-0506). For adults, the sacrament preparation is provided through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) program; contact the parish office (630-833-7730) for details.
